WHEN CAN I COME IN?
I offer telehealth appointments Monday-Friday 9am to 2pm, as well as some weekends. I book week to week.
If that doesn’t work for you, I invite you to reach out anyways. Perhaps I can accommodate or help you find someone else. Also, please check out my associate page for more options!
HOW MUCH IS IT?
I always offer a 30-min consultation at no cost so that potential clients are able to meet me, ask questions, and decide whether we are a good match. After that, 50-minute sessions are $175/HR.
DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
YES! I accept United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, Quest Behavioral Health, Cigna, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Magellan, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ, Blue Shield of CA, Anthem Blue Cross CA, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, United Healthcare (Optum), and Oxford (Optum). My associates accept Cigna and Aetna.
If you are covered by a different insurance company and have out-of-network benefits for mental health care, you would 1) pay in full, and then 2) submit your Hallie G Therapy receipt (called a superbill) to your health care provider to receive retroactive reimbursement. Don’t hesitate to contact me and ask questions about this. That’s what I’m here for!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
More than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule/cancel a consult or session at no charge.
If you cancel your free 30-min consult within 24 hours--or fail to show up at the appointment--you are encouraged to reschedule but will be billed $50 upon your attendance.
If you do not show up at your regularly scheduled appointment or cancel an hour or two before, you are liable for the full session fee.
I understand that sometimes things come up. A kid gets sick, an audition comes in, etc. For this reason, I offer a $30 reschedule fee. So, if you cancel and reschedule your appointment within 22 hours, upon your attendance at the rescheduled session, you will owe both your usual session fee plus an additional $30 to cover the last minute change from last time. However, if you cancel the rescheduled session within 24 hours of the agreed upon time slot, you are liable for the cost of two full sessions.
